Job Qualifications:
-Male
-25 years old and above
-Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
-5 years work experience as welder
Main functions & duties:
1. Make the parts assembly.
2. Make plotting, drilling, oxycutting, grinding, fitting of accessories and complete welding of all parts according to the requirements of the drawings.
3. Verify that you have the plans and accessories required for the assembly of the parts.
4. Ensure that the part to be assembled and the accessories conform to the drawings before assembling.
5. Operate the overhead crane and hoist for material handling.
6. Make a visual check to make sure everything is in accordance with the manufacturing drawing.
7. Ensure that all tools are in their respective positions, functional and in good condition.
8. Keeping your workstation clean and safe
9. Check if the part is the right one, if it is the right length and if everything is compliant before assembling or welding
10.Check the weld symbols before welding the parts to conform to the drawings.
11. Get to know, view and respect the manufacturing drawings
