The price for Taiwanese and foreign residents in Taiwan to visit the observation deck on the 89th floor of the Taipei 101 has been discounted to NT$101, it is announced by official of the building management staff.
The new pricing for local and foreign residents will be effective from October 10 until December 30, 2019 according to the tourism and marketing official of Taipei 101, reported by Central News Agency
The price is the lowest since the observation deck over its 15years of operation. Though the discounted price is only valid from 9 a.m. to noon.
The new discount is aimed to amplify local visitors, as Taipei101 has experienced a decline in Chinese tourist.
Local and foreign residents must show valid national residence ID to avail the discounted price (ARC for foreign residents).
The observatory is spread over 4 floors where visitors can enjoy amazing scenery and Taipei 101 is the tallest green building the world.
