Costco opened its third annual Black Friday event in Taiwan in all 13 of its branches in the country. The event will run from November 25 until December 1.
The event, which sees massive discounts on select items. Usually the event starts after Thanksgiving holiday in the US, since there were lots of shoppers, Costco Taiwan decided to make it a 7 day event.
Costco opening hours from Nov. 25 to Nov. 28 will be changed to 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and again modified to 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1.

this year opening (Nov 25) is much quiet with some speculating that starting off on Monday has reduced some of the public's interest instead of a usual Friday opener.
