Taiwan trough a group chat.
The article also claimed that all Chinese already in Taiwan would have to leave by September 10th. The notice was falsely attributed to the Association for Tourism Exchange Across the Taiwan Straits.
Huang is in violation of Article 63, Item 5 of the Social Order Maintenance Act “Spreading rumors in a way that is sufficient to undermine public order and peace.”
The Shilin District Court says the article was completely false, and has fined Huang 3,500 NT for impacting public safety by spreading fake reports.
