Migrant Worker in Chiayi wins NT$8million jackpot prize in Taiwan Lottery

An anonymous migrant worker from Thailand working Taiwan won the grand prize of Daily Cash 539 Taiwan Lottery and will receive a whopping NT$8million, Liberty Time reported.


The 30 year old Thai winner choose to remain anonymous who only bought a NT$50 ticket at a lottery shop in Chiayi City and have match all five numbers drawn from the lottery.

The Thai worker is working at a factory at Minxiong Industrial Zone always drop by the lottery shop. The five winning numbers during the draw were "11, 13, 24, 28, and 35."

Additionally, the Thai migrant worker also won the other two tickets that he purchased at the same lottery shop won him NT$10,000.
