Taiwan announced the 23rd case of Wuhan coronavirus infection in Wednesday and the latest patient is the younger sister of the 19th patient who was the driver and first in the country to die with the disease.

Chen said that 189 people that have come in contact with the driver have tested negative for the disease, while 24 are still awaiting the results.
The latest patient is suspected of having been infected with the virus during a family gathering attended by the driver on Jan. 27, the CECC said.
