The number of Filipinos who have been found positive for COVID-19 infection while on board the cruise ship docked in Yokohama has risen to 11, the Department of Foreign Affairs has said.
The infected Filipinos are admitted in hospitals in and around Tokyo and "are responding well to treatment," according to DFA.

The Philippine embassy is sending care packages with toiletries and non-medical supplies to the Filipinos who are still on board the cruise ship.
The Diamond Princess has been quarantined since February 4 after a former passenger tested positive for the COVID-19. A total of 175 people in the vessel have become infected with the disease.
