Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has asked the Philippine government to "correct" its travel ban which the country cites "One-China policy" resulting on a sudden ban, CNA reported.
The travel ban introduced Monday to Taiwan along with China, Hong Kong and Macau. The travel ban made confusion on both Taiwanese travelers and Filipino workers and tourists.
In compliance with the imposed travel ban, PH flag carrier Philippine Airlines and budget airline Cebu Pacific and Airasia announced their cancellation of flights to Taipei and Kaohsiung.
"We are urging the Philippine government to correct this unilateral decision," said
