Sineskwela, Bayani, Hiraya Manawari to return that brings back childhood memories
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has led to schools being shut, new generation of viewers will now be able to watch hit educational TV shows Sineskwela, Bayani, and Hiraya Manawari as ABS-CBN brings them back on air starting Saturday, March 28.
The award-winning kid-friendly programs will begin airing on ABS-CBN channel 2 they were previously only available on Knowledge Channel and online via TFC starting this Saturday, back-to-back-to-back, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
If one needs a nutshell refresher on what these shows are about, “Sine’skwela” attempts to simplify scientific concepts via the colorful adventures of a cast of lovable and ever-curious characters, while “Bayani” uses time travel as a way to introduce Philippine history and our country’s heroes and “Hiraya Manawari” is a fairy tale series focusing on teaching life lessons.
The cancellation of school in Luzon has been a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, as of Friday, March 27, the Philippines has 803 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, with 54 deaths and 31 recoveries.
