TECO temporarily suspended its service after a receptionist in the building tests positive of COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 confirmed case of one receptionist at RCBC Plaza (Tower 1), the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines will suspend temporarily its consular services from Thursday, July 2, 2020 until further notice.
However, TECO will still be receiving applicants who have scheduled appointment for Thursday, July 2, 2020 and Friday, July 3, 2020.

The agency stated early in March, that it will work closely with the international community, including the Philippines to help in safeguarding the health and welfare of the community.
Teco has been vigilant in ensuring the safety of all its visitors and customers against the spread of the virus by implementing precautionary measures ever since the state of public health emergency was declared in the country.
