Nakatakdang magpakalat ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Cavite ng libreng Wi-fi system upang punan ang mga pangangailangan ng mga estudyante na mag-oonline class, ayon kay Governor Jonvic Remulla.
"I am very happy to announce that the Province of Cavite is about to embark in a massive rollout of FREE WiFi system that shall cover (up to 90%) of the residential areas," sabi ni Remulla sa kaniyang facebook post.
"During the ongoing quarantine period, the #CaviteFreeWiFi system shall be purely utilized for the educational requirements of public school or DepEd students which they can access using their ID number," dagdag pa niya.
Pagpapaliwanag ng opisyal, kahit pa matapos na ang pandemya, maaari pa ring gamitin ang wi-fi ng libre para sa research, connectivity, online retail at knowledge generation.
Kamakailan lamang ay inanunsyo ng Department of Education na iuurong na mula Agosto 24, sa Oktubre 5 ang school opening ngayong taon upang mas makapaghanda pa ang mga guro, magulang, at mag-aaral.
