Jenelyn Galvez is a concerned citizen who recorded the old man living in the small cage. The grandfather is so thin that he's really skin and bones, and he begs Jenelyn for help.
According to sir.Raffy tulfo, the old man's name is Moses Ramirez, he has been in prison for almost 16 years. The reason for his imprisonment is that he murdered his wife, who was having an affair with another man, and his relatives have refused him as a result of his actions.
As per Marivic Ramirez, Moses Ramirez's relatives, the reason they placed Moses in the small cage is because he has TB and the old man is messed up, and they said that he always lived in the small cage since then but that is not a reason to put him there since he requires care.
Moses is in a state of chaos because he is sick and they treat him like an animals, and that is why he requires immediate assistance and a safe environment in order to survive, given the fact that the COVID-19 virus is everywhere.
Raffy Tulfo together with hsi team help Moses to be cured in his sick in hospital so that they can check up him and x-ray also to check the TB, Tuldo said that if they can’t care the old man they can deliver him to the Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD).
