Taiwan will launch the second phase of allowing entry of migrant workers from the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand on Feb. 15. announced by Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
Starting on Feb. 15, the point-based system for entry will not be used and a second phase of entry regulations will begin.
There are currently more than 5,000 Filipino workers whom are stranded in the Philippines and unable to enter Taiwan.
